Ahhh...but is that true of all men of civic power and responsibility? Or do some desire to relinquish that power?

You'd know better than I would! I lack responsibilities overall. I'd imagine after a day of hard work, one might want to give up a bit of that tight control.

You should definitely work out a theory and then put it to the test. Make sure you have a control group, though. Make the scientists proud!
